People guess my age as significantly younger. Genetics aside, this is my advice:
>
1. Sleep - Try to get 8 hours quality sleep a night. I’m a light sleeper so I use an eye mask and ear plugs to keep out distractions.
>
2. Eat well - I try to eat more fish and occasional red meat than chicken. Try going vegetarian for a while. Limit processed food. Don’t be afraid of good fats. Eggs are your friend.
>
3. Poop - I drink enough water, exercise, and eat enough fiber to poop at least once every day. When that routine is messed up it shows on my skin.
>
4. Exercise - I like strength training and I think it helps my body look youthful. I also walk a lot and have a fast pace. I’m not a fanatic, but I try to work up a sweat whenever I can.
.
5. Doctor - Something doesn’t feel right, I check it out. I’m not afraid of doctors or what might be wrong. I see it as a chance of fixing something if it turns out something’s not right.
.
6.Stress - I constantly work towards managing stress. Whether it’s taking a day off when I don’t feel up to making the effort, or cutting a parasitic/negative person out my life. We are bombarded with stressful events all the time and even good things like weddings and vacations are a form of stress that take their toll. We can’t eliminate it but we can try to manage it.
7. Kindness - I try to be as kind as possible to those around me and myself. The world is often ugly. Who am I to make it uglier?
Apart from all this, love yourself, whether you look your age or not. You have survived the good and bad things in your life in the vessel you were born in. It deserves your love and appreciation, wrinkle free or not. Realize you deserve to be happy.
