Thank you Thank you Thank you. I know you all know the feeling but I find so much comfort in your support. I have not gone very far down this path but I believe I can do it. Your comments and support have given me the confidence I need to really make good changes in my life.

Thanks Sophie :) I have to say I am really excited!!! My Dr was very happy with me. She said it was 2 pounds a week and that was exactly what she wanted me to do. She said if I lost quicker it would be more difficult to keep it off. So far it is 8 pounds down. I will hit the 10 pounds in a couple of weeks I am sure.... Can't wait to break 200 :) I'm on a roll!!!! Woo Hoo!!! 

yay! so very happy for you! when i started, i was at 2 lbs/week - now i'm more like 1.5 - 1.7 lbs/week, can't seem to get it back up to 2 but who cares, still losing. and you're going to keep it up as well! great way to start the weekend - enjoy!
