Now when you say "BM" - do you mean what I think you mean? (#2) - if so - my trainer has me on 1/2 glass of prune juice (I know -collective YECH!) every morning within 20 minutes of getting out of bed. I personally don't think it's all that bad and it's been working for me.

I started taking a combo omega 3-6-9 supplement 3*a day and have noticed I am pretty regular now.
