Ugh I'm getting really discouraged. The scale has not moved for a few months now. I guess it's one of those so called plateaus. Well plateaus suck a lot. I've heard different theories to get around them. The only thing that works is when I exercise A LOT. Like everyday for at least 2 hours. However, since I'm working a lot it's hard to find the time. I don't mind going to the gym late at night but my parents don't like it when I do but yet they let me go out partying late? This makes no sense but whatever.
My goals this week:
-DRINK DRINK DRINK water that is
-Exercise at least every other day, even if its a walk outside with the dog its better then nothing.
-Eat things with less sodium and more veggies!
I'm thinking about rejoining weight watchers but if I can follow it on my own that would be better. It's sooo expensive to join and I could put the money towards my textbooks instead or a personal trained.

I think right now, you can join WW for free. You could call to check in your area. It might help to go for a few weeks to get you on track. I noticed on you calendar, that you have a week of eating reasonably well, then a week of eating poorly. This can really make it so that you gain and lose the same pounds over and over which makes it look like a plateau. Losing weight is about 80% diet and the rest exercise. Try a week of 100% eating on target and getting in some exercise and see what happens. Try to stay away from processed type foods and get in lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein. Get at least two servings of lean dairy a day too. It helps with losing fat. You might also think of adding in some strenght training type videos. Jillian Michaels the shred is pretty good and only 20 minutes long. If you do 3 times a week, you will see some great results in a month. Good luck!

Thanks so much for the advice. Weight Watchers for free? That would be awesome, but I doubt it't in Canada too. I will def. go check it out. I have worked a lot the last little while so regardless I decided to join back again. It's so hard to stay 100% on WW when my friends party, eat and drink constantly. I saw the Jillian Michaels tape at Chapters a while back but ended up getting this one called Skinny Bitch LoL its pretty good too. Anyway, thanks again!!!
