Yeah! Hiking for the weekend and no reports or work! Woo hoo!! Hopefully you won’t run into any bears! Make it a great one!  

Shrew!!🎉 Good Day! 🌈😊🌻 You’re not allowed to grade yourself with a D minus. Working a desk job is hard In office or working from home. My wife gets stuck on calls and busy doing task /reports that she doesn’t get a chance to get up and stretch her legs. You’re doing your best and that’s what counts. You’re going into the office , being productive and you’re staying safe. This weekend you’ll have a wonderful hike and all will be well. I’m giving you an A+ for staying focused on your healthy lifestyle journey. 😊👍👏🌈🌻🎉🦋 ✅

No reports Javadali- Yahoo! Thanks! I would have worked this Saturday, but my girlfriend talked me into camping and hiking, now she’s not going! Her catalytic converter was stolen, so she is stuck until replaced. 😕 

You’re so sweet Damablack, thank you for the A!😁 Your wife must see time fly as I do, it’s unbelievable! I ate lunch today at my desk, but didn’t actually take a lunch. I use to get A’s in science, I loved it! I was working and studying virulent bacteria and then I went and got pregnant, (married but not planned),and I had to drop out. When I could go back, AIDS had appeared out of nowhere and no one knew anything about it, sort of like this pandemic, we were totally ignorant of what it was. Way too scary to go back at that time. That is how old I am!😕 Thanks again for A!👍😊

Ettenauj, I wanted to hike with my girlfriend as she is very thin, yet I could always out hike her. Now, with my weight loss I was sure to really do her in! Oh well, I guess I‘ll hike with my hubby, he is hard to keep up with though.😁 Blessings! 

Thank you Shirfleur!! Wow another A 😊 I have hiked all my life, love it, but never liked the work out. It is the birding, plants, and trees I love exploring. It should be easier now with the weight loss, yeah!👍🌸🌺
