I stayed the same which is OK with me. I have to be extremely good today as I seem to always mess up on the weekends. No extra calories or fat!
Fat is one of the chief enemies of the heart because it has to be plentifully supplied with blood and thus needlessly increases the pumping load that the heart must sustain.
So I am I following my heart but it often leads me to the fridge.😄

good morning mama shrewd. happy sunday. the kids are so excited to get the church today. been 4 months since they've been there. but proverbs is right. they were trained up and haven't forgotten those lessons. they've been teaching me again this weekend. talking of the things of God. what a blessing. now if God would stop the sun from setting like he did for joshua. I need time. or faster rats. 😝😝

Glad the kids enjoy church, that’s spectacular!! I did when I was young if not just for the donut and hot chocolate, other stuff seeped through my head while there too.😆💕

I understand it's hard. Try to be OCD about what you put in your mouth. I feel you. Temptation is everywhere especially at home in the fridge.
