Wonder if the significant drop in twenty-four hours has anything to do with the major amounts of cardio I did yesterday? I did my regular Tuesday housework routine - laundry, dishes, general tidy - plus, I did a two mile walk, I played Wii Fit for 50 minutes and then after Ian got home, we played DDR for about half an hour. Crazy!
I only really like one thing about Wednesdays - I have to work from 11am to 11pm and I get an hour and a half for lunch. I always go to this great Japanese restaurant down the street. Today I had about a cup and a half of edamame and my absolute favourite, a house speciality, Red Dragon maki. It's basically a california roll, but instead of crab, it has a tempura shrimp. Plus, it is covered in the most beautiful salmon sashimi! Delish!
Wednesdays involve a lot of standing around. *Yawn*
I got home and did 30 minutes of yoga. Man, I love Pigeon Pose!
