When I see my GP & cardio Dr's this coming week I'm going to request both arms for BP check.
This is after drinking 2 cups of very strong coffee.
Left arm149/87 hr 100
Right arm 133/91 he 100.
I don't know what to believe

If you are worried because of your health issues I would call the doctor's office today and talk to someone.

I'm concerned about my bp but, not that worried.
I just took a low dose Asprin and some potassium.
I've gotten used to allot of pain the past 9 yrs and don't realize the effect it has on my bp.
The 6 surgeries in the past 12 yrs, Nurses would give me morphine as my bp would rise.
They would ask if I was in pain. I didn't think I was hurting to bad.
Its pretty high and there are a few factors that may be causing it.
Could be that, I've been drinking too much water, I haven't been keeping up on my pain med, I've been eating too much salt.
