Round 2 Day 2 of the master cleanse. Feeling great. Lost 2 pounds yesterday. I know its probably just water weight but physically it makes a difference so "WIN". This time around is harder than the first but I am going to stick to this and get this done. I am hoping to lose another 10 pounds which will bring me to my lowest weight in my adult life. I can't even believe I am saying that but it's true :0). Today is the day at work where they provide us all meals and beer at the end of the day, so Friday is usually a struggle. Matter of fact there are some bagel breakfast sandwiches with bacon and cheese staring at me right now ahhhh. It doesn't help that I sit right next to the kitchen. The positive part of doing this is that I save money by not drinking/going out to restaurants and I am still recovering from my move so it's a great addition to losing the weight. You know what else I noticed? I have been getting more sleep. I think its because past a certain point I am like I don't want to crash and eat so I am going to sleep and it is usually around 10 pm when I should be going to sleep anyway. Well that's it for now. How is everyone else doing?
