Happy happy Friday...

At 430 am..alarm went off..all I wanted to do was pull the covers up higher...and stay warm...46 outside...even felt that cold inside...as I finally got outta bed at 445...thinking...might need another day off to rest..but headed to kitchen to turn on coffee/tea pot...then headed to fitness room to get flat screen turned on and get road bike/trainer ready...by then was getting more awake...went to bathroom to get naked and weigh in...always get excited when scales smile with me...even helps get me more in the mood to workout...

Today’s zwift ride was a choice as always..watopia..is the default ride..and then the second course today was Innsbruck...I hate the course...but chose it today as I wanted a harder elevation workout...

16.70 miles..81 min...758 elevation..476 in calories...after I got off bike...I thought...should have rode farther...but I always think that after I ride...and still have tomorrow to add more on...but it may not be an Innsbruck ride...haven’t decided...

Welp...time to refeed...get this day off to a great start...any time you can start the day off with a workout..just seems to get the endorphins running wild and you want to keep moving more...

Your making me jealous of your weather, LOL as Usual.... Thank goodness we have rain latley!! Otherwise we are running a feel like temp of 93 degrees even at midnight outside!!! Electric bill was $150, which I won't complaint considering i keep the air on 72-71 in the Summer.

Cooler at nite..early morn..then 70-80 thru the day...less its raining....odd summer this year so far

150 is cheap....live in all electric 3 bedroom...mine runs 250 or so..but we have humidity here

We're cooler today, only a high of 106 compared to the 112 for the past couple of days. I feel your pain. I'm on budget billing for my electric and that's a $151 every month to offset the summer extremes.

I hear you WNB and Jeannie!☺ Florida humidity is bad also, here the dew points are 61-72, humidity 90%-100% along with high temps equal a Swamp!
