Had an awesome week! I ate whatever I wanted last weekend and stuck really well to the LA weight loss Plateau Breaker to support my friend Michelle who was struggling at the scale every week. She is not too far from goal and is finding it hard to get the numbers down. However, she is getting smaller and smaller despite what the scale says.

I lost 3.8 lbs this week! I'm 0.6 lbs away from 40 lbs! Next week I will achieve that! So excited! I have lost 39.4 lbs. It feels amazing. This is the best I have ever done and it is going to be for life. I refuse to let all this hard work and dedication be in vain. I have 35 lbs more to go to get to goal and it feels great getting there.

I went shopping for summer clothes and jeans this week. I fit size 12 skirts and 14 jeans and dresses. I bought all mediums for tops and sundresses at Old Navy and H&M. I fit clothes at the normal sized stores again!!! I was so shocked! I feel the best I have felt in a long time!!

Anyhow... this is amazing to be at this weight again after 4 or 5 years!
