Found out from Jorge Cruise that the Cruise Control Challenge, which begins on 8/13, is not a keto diet per se, but along the same lines and less restrictive. Won't get details until Friday. Thinking all along that it was keto, I prepared myself and began keto on Saturday, 8/4. I have lost 6 pounds in 3 days! Yesterday I lost one pound. I feel good, no cravings, and really sticking with the keto macros or pretty close to it. I am anxious to see the challenge as it gets underway 8/13 and goes for 8 weeks. Meanwhile, I will begin a strengthening regimen. There is so much to understand: ketone supplements, collagen, etc.
