So I've stopped running. :( I'm still doing the Wii Active 30 day Challenge (though it didn't save my workout Tuesday for some reason. GRR. And 2 whole laps of fast kickbacks kicked back my ass! So I had to do it all over yesterday.) It doesn't seem to be slowing my loss, though.
I have to say, I'm enjoying the calorie shifting. It's giving me lots more flexibility. Though since the beginning I have eaten whatever I want, I just eat less of it. I think that's why this can work for me long term. I could never count WW points for life. And I don't plan to count calories for life. But I think living this way--making CHOICES--is really making a difference and giving me a plan I can live by and help my family live healthy by.
But it's a long way to go.
