Started to go down in weight when I had only coffee for breakfast, or coffee and pistachios or coffee and an egg. Also kept calories at or below RDI. We'll see if it's a trend. I will probably end up with a similiar breakfast next couple of days. Maybe these breakfasts are helping me stay full longer. Seems meat for breakfast might be too much. Just thinking on paper. Will see what happens this weekend. Sweet and Low or Splenda don't seem to be affecting my weight loss as they are.
Working legs tonight, and lamb burgers with feta and tziki sauce sans the flat pita tonight. I will miss the bread and the sweet potato fries but the patties are substantial so will be full.

No migraines today, thank God. I don't have much on my plate work-wise. My job is ending in April, so basically we are just here to answer any questions or do piddly things. This means I can work on some personal things, which is good. I've got plenty to do. Hoping we can start a rotation soon so I can be off several days in a row to focus on finding a job. Will be nice.
I weighed 117.5 this morning. Not what I wanted to see, but this is what happened before. I'd see a low and it would fluctuate until the scale finally decided on that low # for certain. Not stressing too bad about it, but I will try and stay under or at my RDI and see what happens. I have to look at my diet calendar on the days before I weighed in at my current posted weight to see if I can figure it out.
Worked out for the 3rd day yesterday. Decided to work out triceps at home because it is pretty easy and it's one of the days I don't work out another body part with it. Legs I work alone but the gym has more variety of things for legs.
I'm thinking sausage and sauerkraut for breakfast. I almost made my husband puke when I told him of those breakfast plans, but hey, I'm German. What can I say. LOL

Had a couple of phone interviews this morning, and could feel a migraine coming on. Yuk! Had to hop over to the pharmacy and pick up the meds. Decided to wait to take them until after the interview so I don't sound loopy. :-) The interviews went well. We'll see.
I had the last of the Cheesy Beef Bake for breakfast. So filling, I don't know when I will want lunch.
Last night, attempted fried chicken legs in coconut oil and a no-carb hot wing sauce recipe. I don't know why the legs were sticking in the pan. I never deep fry, so I may have needed more oil. The ending result was tasty but the sticking to the pan removed what skin was left on them. The coconut oil did a good job, but will not use again to fry because it is too expensive when I can just use olive oil. Great moisturizer tho. Was rubbing it into my hands as I was cooking. :-)

Scale is going down quickly last couple of days. This might mean a stall for awhile, but I'm okay because I'm finally seeing "115".
I want to add that I officially started back at the gym on Friday.
