I need help from someone. I am making some lifestyle changes. Obviously working out General daily rules are
-1gallon of water daily
-2 no food after 8
-3 no alcohol or fast food
-4 eating very large but healthy breakfasts
I know the obvious stuff like counting
Calories eating lots of protein but I'm running out of ideas of things I can eat. I've always just ate junky foods so I don't even know what healthy stuff is lol I don't have a ton money to spend on food and I'm single and have no clue how to cook. Does anyone have any recipes or know of cheap but healthy meals I could make that are high protein and pretty easy?

I'm back at it. Fell off for awhile. I realized where I have went wrong and kept failing. I've been looking at this as just "work hard eat perfect then you can go back to my normal habits" I've been looking at it as just something to do until I'm in shape enough to get attention.
Now I realize this needs to be a lifestyle change. Not a temporary thing to put on a show. I'm not here to feel pain,give into temptation or put on a show in here for a lifetime

Fell of the wagon for a couple weeks But I'm blessed I haven't gained weight. It's hard not to lose hope in your dreams when you don't have support from others around you. When nobody believes in you it's hard not to stop believing in yourself. Im getting back at it tomorrow. I now realize this is much more then me VS my weight. It's pretty crazy I get more support from all you guys who don't even know me then I do anyone in my life. It truly feels like Me Vs the world,Me vs Me, My Future VS My Past. Most people just want to lose weight for health reasons. for me I have to get into shape if I ever want any chance at a Dream Career which would lead me to A wife,family,a purpose and Happiness.
It might seem silly to act like getting in shape is such a big dramatic deal. And maybe it is silly. But in my situation and where I am in my life, Getting in shape and taking course to Be a strength coach is my last chance to actually do what I've always dreamed. That's how it feels anyway. Anyway Back at it 2mrw and hopefully i can keep

I'm getting off my ADD medication adderall I've been on it for a few years. I think it's great and helped me but it takes away my personality and I just Don't like taking it. It's very unnatural. I've tried once in the past and it made me so hungry and lazy I could barely function. I dont want to take a step backwards can anyone give me advice on getting off it without eating everything in sight and sleeping none stop?
who's taken it?
