Brandi, I think it's going by how much weight you want to lose. 

They have a chart for this. My counselor showed me. I actually will be on my new plan for the next 75 pounds or so. They go by weight and hight and probably calorie requirements.....They have nutritionists and staff that figure out all these things. All in all I lost 2.8 pounds in the first week of the plan, which is exactly the average that they are advertising. Not bad, I think.
