Did not go to the gym yesterday as I was too sore still! Have not weighed myself either. In fact the first # was just a guess. I do feel some changes, but will hop on the scale at the gym today. Eatting my cereal now, then off I go. I have not been sticking to it hardcore. But I really have been watching what I eat. Breakfast is easy. I still struggle with wanting to eat at night, but am refusing. DH made a delicious smoked salmon with a salad last night for supper. Doing my situps and pushups every night before bed. Take dogs for at least a 30 minute walk each day and the gym. With all this I should really start seeing some results I would think!

You are doing a great job! I've been doing this for a few months and still struggle with eating at night. Stay strong and keep refusing.
