Unbelievable! So I'm doing the butter in my coffee. I have 3 cups a day and I put 0 calorie sugar. Never, Never occuried to me to look at the carbs. 3 (THREE) carbs per pack. I've been using this stuff for my coffee for at least a year. (been doing Keto since Jan 2018. It's Truvia by the way. All my daily carbs should have been 9 more. That's huge.
I'll not be using "sugar" in my butter coffee anymore.
By the way, I use ghee in my coffee and I do feel so much better. Looked up all the great things Ghee does too. That's my cooking butter now too.

Isn't it net carb is zero? I thought the keto plan was net carbs not all carbs?

So, in the butter? Or do you mean the coffee? I found a pre-made coffee and yup, it's 3g of carbs with no dietary fiber. Surprising! And good to know.

When I do look up truvia, I did find sugar alcohol when I googled truvia saying carbs are 3, sugar alcohol is 3, so 0. Whew Thank you abbadabba for wanting me to research more.

Yeah, Truvia is chemical crap :/ And it depends how you do keto, many do total, not net. Because the body registers total carbs. ;)

Uh oh!! Btw, The stevia drops are much better than the packets. They are a more pure form and truly 0 carbs. I buy organic liquid stevia. Maybe you can find that?!

Thanks all for the comments. I did buy some organic stevia and like it. The ghee really has saved me. Can't believe how better I feel and I can see it not so much in weight, but in how clothes feel. Keto on my fs friends

sounds like you have a plan sweetie and its working....and I think the main reason for the bullet prof coffee is to control the ragging appetite many have of the morning....your doing great and back on track and Im so proud of you...you and I and momma joined well... I rejoined to be honest ..about the same time so its natural to be close to the people you first encounter. on the site..that being said...have a great day my sweet friend Im really happy for you xoxoxo;)

the sugar I like to use is Xylitol, great for diabetics too. I find this in health food stores.
