How does someone lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks then gain a full pound in one day?!?! While eating 200-400 less calories no less! Spike of anger immediately and almost used that anger to work out but 3 kids started saying they were hungry so.. I had soup instead. Have a feeling my hour on the gazelle will be more like 2 hours. Thankfully I have about 12 shows recorded on DVR. May see how many I can get through before I get nauseous(usually happens after 45-60 minutes straight when I’m ‘pumping’).
