Woo, well done you!!!!! How long have you stalled?? If its been a long time, maybe you need to jolt yourself with another tactic, like 'fat fast'. Anyway, I hope you find the answer. You sound frustrated, but you really have done fabulously. 

Thank you!! I am not the same person I was a year ago. I"m wondering if at some point your body says... thats it.. no more.. you are done!! I have never heard of "fat fast" but will look it up. Maybe i'm just being to hard on myself! I have gone from a size 22/24 to acutally wearing a size 4/6... but i am short! LOL 

Yes, a new you. Makes you feel differently about yourself and others see you in a new light. Its like you have taken yourself out of the box people shoved you in when you were fat, and put yourself into a new box with worth. You now know you are in control. So, you want to be a size "Zero"??? Have you ever been that small before?? Are you a petite person, like you wear a size 5 shoe?? We were not all born with the same body type. Enjoy the weight you've lost and enjoy life. It's not about a number:) 

no i dont want to be a size zero...i'm basically a 8/10 now, but a 6/8 would be nice as i am short about 4ft 11in...so i'm still considered "obese" lol. I have never been that, this is probalby the smallest i have ever been, i'm not so much after a number as how i look, but after 2 children being overweight and hitting 40, my body is not what it was. My husband told me yesterday that i'm getting "boney" i'm like who are you looking at! rofl 

Ok, that makes more since now. Have you tried weight lifting? When you have muscle you are almost 1/3 the size smaller than someone who is the same height and weight. A pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat even though they weight the same:-) Your metabolic rate increases as well when you build muscle! Nice side effect on top of getting toned!
