ok it's time to fess up to the jury, today wasn't a good day for me in terms of my calorie intake in fact it was the highest I have had yet this week.
it was because I went to a family get together and there was food and a general jovial atmosphere everything I ate was healthy except for a hunters dry and a butterscotch latte on the way home.
But it really got me thinking how a break in routine can upset the balance of a structured diet so easily I don't know how hectically social people do it!
My life as sad as it may sound consists of going to work, going to cross fit and coming home and doing house work and watching netflix and I love it I am such a home body.
would love to hear how people on the other end of the coin manage.
