---Mini Cut Week 0--- My starting weigh in for the mini cut is 158.2lbs. The goal is to drop 3-4lbs of fat in the next 2-3 weeks. -Lowered current lean bulking macros from 85/375/170 (2945cal) to 65/225/170 (2165cal). -intermittent fasting at a ratio of 16:8 (16hr fast, 8hr feeding window). -Cardio starting at 2x a week at sessions of 300cal (extra 600cal deficit a week).

How accurate do you feel your scale is on reading body fat?

I wouldn't say its 100% accurate given all it uses to calculate your BF is your height, weight, age, and body type (Ectomorph, Endomorph, Mesomorph). But I can say without doubt that it's not off any more than 2%. @ApacheTiger37
