As of today this is my progress. The first photo was not from my fattest time but so far I am down 12 dress sizes. Went from 32 in pants to a 20. I don’t see much difference in the photos but I did have to get new clothes cause the old ones fell off.

Girl, you look fabulous! And let me point out where you can see the difference. Look at your skin between the bottom of shirt and the top of your pants in both pictures. There is a big difference! You are doing a great job and your hard work is paying off!!

I see the difference! I am also amazed by how everyone's skin (no exceptions) improves dramatically in a low carb WOE. Keep itbup!
