HealthySpacePanda, besides clean eating and regular exercise the best exercise (I do many)give me the greatest ab definition is the hanging leg raise. I have worked up to 5 sets of nine reps with 5 lb weights on each ankle. Clean eating is 80% of Abs, so you have done the best part. Keep at it!

Awesome, thanks for the tip. I recently got a pull up bar so I’ll definitely try some leg raises! I like your matter-of-fact style and view of health/diet. Lately my focus has been more of the mental training cause I’ve got the “what I eat” part down, just need to work on the “how much”.

Thanks, time is too short to dance with and around everything. I have a 1 min video of my final set of leg raises I sent my 30 year old daughter who is a fitness nut and she was impressed by the fact at 30 she can't do the unweighted, and I could at 57. We compete like that. lol If there was a way on here to shoot you that video I would, but haven't a clue if it can be done.
