Tell me more about this Starch diet Please?? 

You can Google Dr John McDougall. You can find his videos on YouTube. Basically he says that if you eat a vegan starch based diet you will maintain your weight. You can eat as much as you want. Fat makes you fat. Fat immediately deposits on your body once you've eaten it, so much so that it doesn't even change form! If you eat a lot of animal fat they can actually take your body fat and do tests and it will show the fat to be sourced from animals! The same would be true if you ate fat from avocado or fat from oils.  

I've been eating unlimited carbohydrates for nearly 2 years and I stayed the same weight. The only weight I gained was water weight because the muscles store glycogen. I tried the high fat diet because I wanted to get down to 50kg but I gained 15kg in less than a month of eating the Banting diet  

So I immediately went back to starch diet and my weight settled back down at 57 kg.
