Torani sugar free syrups? LOL 😆 they are sweetened with stevia. 🤷🏻‍♀️That’s why they’re expensive. 

I like the sugar free syrups in my coffee...1 tbsp. each syrup and half and half. I do this in an Americano in the morning instead of getting a latte every day. keep the binging gremlins away.  

@smp it says Splenda on the side. These were really small from world market, not too expensive (since they are small) but I plan to only use them on the weekends for “fancy coffee” mornings ;) 

@tahoe what flavors do you use? 

So my new favorite is brown sugar cinnamon. ..and salted caramel.  

@tahoe do you buy them online or a store? Locally I can’t find too many flavors. 

You’re right! My son picked up the S/f white chocolate for me at World Market on sale for $9.95, in the huge bottle! but the little bottles (like airplane liquor size) are $3.95 at WinCo! I was thinking of the Now Better Stevia brand of the English Toffe flavoring I just bought and am using in my smoothies. Tastes great with apples and vanilla! LOL 😋That was at Natural Grocers!🤦🏻‍♀️ 

Literally me I’m always cheating like the other day went to McDonald’s 2 times in one day 

I got the Torani sugar free peach. $5.99 @ Smart & Final. Sweetened with splenda. They had about a dozen sugar free flavors. I am going to get the white chocolate next. I got the peach to add to my green tea😉 

@joe Technically I didn’t cheat on my WOE, but I do try to stay away from fake sugars... (sugar free items) But at least I didn’t actually have a sugary coffee beverage. I don’t ever really cheat. Occasionally I will have 30-40 NC as my carb up day (every 10-14 days) 

@lilpurplebug we do have a smart&final about 25minutes away. Always such great deals!!!! I’ll have to go check it out! 

I get them at world market, but I've seen them at smart and final. Plus there is always Amazon.com.  

They are even cheaper if you buy over 4 I think. Hard not to start a collection😁 

@lilpurp today I even thought about getting the larger sizes and the pumps that cafes use...because they are messy to pour in... I think they need a better bottle for home use. I have a new money making plan: bottles that don’t drip and get messy while pouring liquids...  

They seem real cheap on Amazon!!! I’ll be ordering some more soon... I love prime!!!

why is that bad if its sugar free? I think you always plan very well Mamamc... 

@mama Haha yes, good idea I will need to look into the pump. I did get the full size bottle!😆 

@cherik1 I really try to avoid artificial or sugar alternatives, well because my Coke Zero problem, that’s why I try to not use “sugar free” products.
