Just maintaining now, but still going harder than ever in the gym. I am around 205-209 now and it seems like I am still getting leaner by the week. You cant see it but I can feel 2 veins along my lower abs below my loose skin. Also all of my man boobs are gone, and I have no more arm pit titties! Plus the fact all the fat in my crotch has disappeared, and I'm left with loose skin in my lower back and abs and ass. But my skin is still sticking pretty well. I would like to get a tuck one day but will wait and see how it looks in about a another year. I am completely back in to that body building mind frame. And the motivation is higher than ever. I'm actually going to start eating a lot more soon for size. But this time very clean and going to still watch my carbs. My strength is about where it was when I was 24 now 31. My dead lift is a easy 500 and my goal will be 600 by the summer. I like to bulk back up to a solid 230 would be a nice number.
