My RDI is showing 1700 calories. That is ALOT! I have not gone over 1000 calories in 1 or 2 weeks, even if I put a few M&M's in my mouth.

I am having a hard time losing weight. I am not a couch potato and I eat healthy. Recently started the Eco-Atkins diet...and I am SO sick of veggies by now (and it's only been 5 days!) HELP!

Your body is probably slowing down metabolism due to your lack of calories. Try eating around 1200 calories a day...it will actually boost your metabolism. Also, carbs are important to your health. If you overload on protein too much you're overworking your kidneys like crazy. When you do eat a carb, pair it with a protein. (Yogurt is good!)Try not to eat anything after 8pm...if you get hungry drink a large glass of ice water. Also, everytime you drink water add ice. Your body will have to work harder to warm you back up after ingesting all of that cold. :) Hope this helps! Stick with it! You're doing great and are so close to goal! :)

You are already at a low weight and if you are in a healthy weight range for your height, losing can be more difficult. With so little to lose, exercise becomes really important. You just need to find the right balance and have a lot of patience.
