Just looking for some suggestions, I’ve noticed that most of my diet is carbs ... what can I do to reduce my carb intake ?

What are you eating that is mostly carbs? Also depends what you do for a living some jobs can soak up a lot more carbs than others!
If you sit in an office swap sandwiches for salad or soup. Or evening meals swap potatoes/rice/pasta for extra helping of veg.
Increase protein such as meat, eggs, nuts (Don’t know if you are vegetarian/vegan)

I work in an office but I do yoga daily and I feel I’m quite active at home
I do eat a lot of pasta/rice and potatoes but I will defo swap them for different kinds of veg
