Just did 100 revolutions with my arms on the "bicycle machine" and 150 revolutions with my legs in 5 minutes. Believe it or not, that wore me out! Maybe I'll do more later tonight. I'm actually considering taking a NAP, though that rarely goes as I want it to - I usually just lie there for 20-3 0 minutes and then decide to get back up. So far today, my macros are great. Shouldn't be hard to keep them that way, although I AM out of avocados, so I'll need to run to the store tomorrow. My weight has been stuck at 206.5 all week. Hopefully, it will go DOWN before tomorrow morning's weigh-in!
