I'll be sticking with FS after I reach goal this summer. For as long as it takes to not need it, and if that's forever, then I'll just be here forever. I'm never gonna let the fat back on me again. After what I've been through and how tough it was to feel like I was the walking fat dead, no way ever again. I've learned how to really deal with food now, plus the thyroid medicine made it all possible.
