My weigh in wasn't as good as i thought it would be.
I am happy with the 1.1kgs i did lose.
Then again,
⭐Friday Night - drinking Fizzy drinks (157kj x 11), Bag of Peanuts (500kj).
⭐Saturday, out for Lunch, Appletiser, Chips, Falafel, a Movie with Popcorn.
⭐Sunday, 6 Pancakes with Cinnamon and Sugar, Potato Salad.
i cant really say i should have expected better results
1.1kg's is better than nothing, it could have been worse.
So this week, been trying to correct all that,
I've increased my exercise routine, which i am definitely happy about (FEAKEN EXHAUSTED)
I don't feel like dinner anymore cause I'm ready to pass out at 7pm
Trying to fit in +5km a day has been fantastic
Really trying my best not to be scale obsessed and its not happening, found myself jumping on a scale 3 times this morning 😞😞
ALL IN ALL, ITS ALMOST 3 WEEKS ON THIS JOURNEY AND IM PROUD OF WHERE I AM RIGHT NOW
