I find if I am craving something I should have it - but just a small taste of it not a binge and then I am fine. Also the less sugar and carbs eaten the less I desire those foods I used to crave - like crisps and sweets - I also don't buy them anymore cause if in my house I will want them. I also find takeaways such a waste of money - will rather go to a nice restaurant on the weekend and have what I want - which may just be a starter portion but suffices

I dont buy anything tempting at home. everything needs to be chopped or cooked from scratch. avoiding temptations.

I normally boil chicken fillets and shred it, adding a teaspoon of mayo and jalapeno's (I like spice) I keep it in a container in my fridge. That way when I'm feeling lazy and hungry I can take a tablespoon of it, make a lettuce wrap and walla I'm full and satisfied

if the chips was grilled in oven (that makes it healthy almost.. it's just potatoes. so cooked starch. Grilled chicken with slight marinade on it is super tasty.. (marinades go well with chicken, flavours the meat. and healthier than fried oily chicken). I'm also guilty of it sometimes though... not good, but sometimes you just crave it.

I could be wrong but I think these cheat days are important for metabolism.
