I had a good weekend food-wise. Although I didn't work out yesterday (after saying I would) I did exercise today, which I'm glad about. I don't do a good job of making time for myself to exercise over the weekends. I need to get better at that. The food isn't an issue for me anymore, I'm used to the SBD phase 2 life now. But the exercise is clearly what is helping me lose the wieght and keep it off so far.

We got a scale that measures body fat as well as pounds to one decimal place, which is much more accurate than our older scale. I was happy to see that my body fat was considered in the "normal" range for women --28%. Still not where I would like it to be, but that was encouraging. Think my weight is generally stable right now, maybe I'm losing slowly.
