How to start? What to say?
It's been a long long time. Nearly two years if i am correct.
For a multitude of reasons i left fatsecret (only used the food-calculator now and again)
I been about 10 kilo's fatter again, lost it again, and now i'm hovering around my magic 92 number, steadily growing. I been sick, been better, cycled a lot without any great achiefments, sat on the couch, and finally i got struck by a nasty double hernia that floored me for 4 months straigh. And again i survived.
I still have weight to be lost however, and i tried the "finger-spitschen-gefuhl", i tried "not-caring", i tried any and every way to do this without a strick regime, but i came to this sad sad conclusion:
I cannot do it unless i'm all in. I cannot do it without a good plan-of-attack. I cannot do it alone!
...
So, here i am. With my heart in my hands, standing at again a new beginning. Buddies? anyone?

Welcome back friend. I too took an hiatus from FS and gained weight. Avoided the scales. Kind of snuck up on me. I didn't realize how bad it was until I went to put on a favorite pair of tall boots. :( Good luck! Hope to hear a lot more from you!

wondering why dutch is suddenly an issue. If you dislike reading english, then by all means, move along. I'm not making you...
Dutch (Amsterdam-dialect): Ken jouw het wat velen welke taal ik tik muts! As je niet van Engels lezuh houdt, gaat dan effe lekkuh iemand anders' dagboekie lezuh. Pannekoek! (*lol*)

Weet niet welk land je bij je instellingen hebt gekozen? Nu staat je bericht tussen alle NL berichten op de 'tijdlijn'. Als je liever in 't Engels typt, kun je beter je instellingen op bijv. Amerika zetten, dan verschijnt je bericht op de Amerikaanse 'tijdlijn' en krijg je waarschijnlijk meer respons/buddies 😊

Welcome back!! Weight loss is a journey that you cannot take alone, because its so hard to keep yourself accountable if you are just relying on you. I am proud of you for coming back, and just remember, we are all on the same road, some further along, but still there, if you need anything, contact someone, we are all there for you!!
