Yesterday, I only ate 590 calories and although I'm not too concerned with calories, I think I need to eat a few more calories, even though I was not hungry. Possibly unhealthy for me to eat so few. Today, I woke up very hungry but I drank my coffee and almond milk, took my Diet 1,2,3,4 drops and pink salt like a champ. Drank plenty of water to get me through the morning. This afternoon, I didn't get around to lunch until 2:30pm. I had a rather large salad with my leftover turkey breast from last night. Surprisingly, I am completely full (probably due to all the water I'm drinking).
