@belimawr Right! I spent my 20’s going up & down but never was able to get under 200. I actually felt it wasn’t possible. I started “this round” when I was 35 too! 😊 @skin_e Low carb is the only thing that worked for ME. In May I took it a step further and went Keto and was finally able to get in Onderland 😜 I need to start working out, I’m sure I would have better results.
