I really need to stop stepping on the scale everyday, and only step on for my weekly weigh in. Yesterday I was back up to 217 and today down to 214. I know it was probably just water weight but still messes with my mind. I've been doing really well with my walking but slacking on the zumba and gym, no that my ankle is feeling better I need to jump back into them! Trying to keep the motivation up!

I weigh myslef everyday.. its now a habbit. BUT i only count monday weigh in. i know that its not good to keep looking as there are so many factors to weight loss and gain but at the same time I can keep an eye on things and see that if i have gaine weight look back at what i have eaten straight away and do something about it. My body reacts really quickly to what i eat! x

I weigh myself everyday too it motivates me to be on track. Try an weigh yourself on a specific time everyday that works for me. I do it every morning when i wake up. All the best and don't worry as long as you put effort results will show

Most people I've talked to have told me weighing everyday motivates them, that is why I decided to start doing it. I'm finding however, that it's opposite for me. to many negative thoughts run through my head if the number is up even slightly. As long as I keep up the eating better and moving more I'll be good. Thanks for the support!
