I am eating too much!! At least it's healthy food, most of the time. I would like to start again eating 1500-1600 kcal per day and burning 500-700 more than that. I bought inline skates today, I haven't been skating for 14 yrs!!! I think I will use them after work, since here in Germany there's enough light till 9pm. Went to have a look at Ju Jitsu class but somehow mess up timetable... So I had a look at Aikido class. They look similar, but Aikido looks way more "fluid" than Judo and Ju Jitsu. So, on Wednesday I'll have a lookat Ju Jitsu class and then choose which one I am going to. I really enjoyed those 3 months of Ju Jitsu, 4 yrs ago. Cannot wait to be on Tatami again!! :) It is nice to loose weight by doing sport: it keeps skin elastic, it prevents body from loosing muscles, it helps us to be far away from fridge :) and it's FUN!! It is also good for mind and to meet new friends! Cannot wait for outdoor swimming pool to open next Saturday!!
