I'm back. Costa Rica was amazing. I stayed pretty well on a primal diet, eating fruit as well as veg and meat (mostly fabulous fresh seafood). I gained about 3 lbs which I blame on portion control issues and alcohol. The food was so wonderful and I didn't have a way to refrigerate it so I often ate more than I really wanted because I couldn't bear to leave it on the plate. But most of one pound has been shed in the week of my return and I am not fussing about it.

Now I need to apply for unemployment and get my resume in order and see what is out there for me. Gah.
