8oz cream cheese (Philadelphia has .48g per Tbsp.. Used to have 2g) 1/4c heavy whipping cream 1/4c sour cream 2tsp erythritol 1-2tsp rum extract 1/4 tsp vanilla Dash or two of nutmeg Microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir and repeated until semi firm and refrigerate 2 hours. I eyeballed my recipe and I think I got to much liquid in it so it had more texture, but the normal cheesecake doesn't have the texture. It is fine with me either way.  

Michelle - to answer a comment you made on another post - to look at someone's food diary you need to be on the website, not the app, click on the person's name, look over to the right and scroll down until you see blue words saying "view diet calender". Click on that then you will see you can click on their calorie count for any day and see their food diary. That is unless they've made their calender "private" in their settings of course. Hope this helps 🙂

Being able to have cheese cake on keto really has been saving my butt
