This is basically calories-in vs calories-used. With your calories-in going lower as you lose weight. This app is great for calorie counting, so I would imagine there are a few more people on here that use it. The program actually suggests that you get an app to help you monitor what you take in, and this one actually goes a step further and records what you expend, so I'll be suggesting this one to the nurse who monitors my progress.
