What a beautiful morning! We had a badly needed rain last night and everything has magically come back to life.

Thanks to everybody for comments on my last journal. I'm taking your advice (no - not the one about smashing the scale with a sledge hammer). But the next time I get to a low weight I am going to record it no matter what day it is. It may be "cheating" but could help me keep my sanity.

That's what I did today, scales were happy, so I recorded it, we need every break we can get :)

No, it's absolutely not cheating. Is that your weight for that day? Of course it is. Are you recording something other than what you weighed THAT DAY? No. So, you see, there's no cheating in that. Accept the loss, put a smile back on your face and get on with it, girl! Have a wonderful day!

Awesome Buffy..yes record any time you have a loss..it does make you feel better and it is the true weight..so when the scales shows a higher number you know its only fluid..Hugs..:O)
