I'm a bit angry with myself this morning. I had intended to go to an 8 am water class and a 9 am water stretching class but I stayed in bed instead. I did go to the gym yesterday but there were too many kids I. The pool so I just left. I was just going to sit in the hot tub because I had coffee with a friend and sat WAY to long in a chair. I came home and went straight to bed. Still hurts this morning but I am going to go to the gym anyway. Plus I have a massage scheduled at 1:30. May go to the gym after that.

Mornings are always hard for me. I just don't like breakfast foods except when they are really bad for me. Harvest grain and nut pancakes or something smothered in gravy are pretty much the only thing I like at breakfast.
