I have found Journaling to be very helpful in the past. I hope it is this time around. Ive not done anything today but I have tracked my food intake. Tomorrow I plan to go to the pool. I just could not make myself go there today. Friday, Someone pooped in the pool!!!!! I think it was one of the teenage boys that came in because I spent 3 hours there and never once saw a child. I was and am still so disgusted! I may have to wait until Monday to go back.

Ive been trying out different sits. Myfitnesspal and myplate(?) I am not sure I like either of them really. I have used this one in the past and liked it a great deal. But I think it was the people that I liked so much :) I think being able to see a profile is so helpful and if there is one on these other sites I have not found them. I may log my food there and journal here. But since I am not using my fitbit I don't really need to Sync with it so I may download this app and use it. The good thing about it is I can see my carbs pretty easy. Wonder why this site is not recommended more?? Hmmmm

I know what you mean ....about this site. Journals are great and can be shared. Community is friendly and positive. Feedback and support...the best. I never thoughtful of it, but sharing the journal profiles is really helpful. I have tried others as well ...and I came back to the BEST! Hope you have fun ....
