I hope you're feeling MUCH better today. By the way....a tried and true anti-queasy remedy (for morning sickness, but it works for ANY kind of gyppy tummy issues) is lemonade and potato chips. Yes, it's carby, but it's the combination of Vitamin C, potassium, and salt that does the trick. Hope you don't need it any time soon, though. :) 

Sorry your not feeling well I carbed out this weekend, but it was all self induced...lol oh well back on the straight and narrow today:)I think the next sacrifice I have to make is the booze I've been a bit irresponsible with the drinking so need to pull that back under control

You know what works best for you. A few crackers isn't going to mess up your progress. I hope you don't over do it at work today. Your great uncle sounds like a good time.

Ah, I'm in great shape from a body standpoint, not stressing about it at all. As for over doing it today, my boss has closed my door and said not to come out until it's time for me to leave. Ol' Uncle Bobby is a TRIP! Out at our camp site you can count on 3 things with him; he's up and making coffee well before sunrise,he always has whiskey, and he's CONSTANTLY chewing on a cigar... Great man 

I think they used to call that the "lost weekend" !!!!! Hope you are feeling better.
