man what a crazy life i am leading its really starting to driveme nutty any way i gained but 3 pounds over the thanksgiving holiday and through new yrs not bad at all isi it give me a whoo hoo it so could of been a whole lot worse any way god bless and i love you lotts love shelly.

Good to hear from you again Shelly! Don't worry too much about the weight, we ALL gained something over these past few weeks!! We'll get it back off though!!

I think you are doing really good at keeping your weight stable. Nice to know you had a good time through the holidays. Now we can all focus more on the diet and less on the dinner plate, lol.
