Steady weight over the past few days. Tuesday I had a good workout (25 mins cardio plus weights) and followed the diet well. Yesterday was also a good food day, but no exercise. Today I'm going to workout (cardio plus taekwondo class) and am following the diet well. So, hopefully more slow and steady progress will be evident soon.

We have a BBQ at our place tonight, but it should be fine. Big salad, plus turkey burgers w/o buns. In fact, I almost forgot to buy buns for other people to eat! Oops. :)

One funny thing. My husband and I were taking our monthly progress photos the other day and my 2 year old, seeing Daddy take off his shirt for the photo, whipped off her t-shirt and proudly poked out her toddler belly and said "take my picutre too!" It's a fine photo of a half-naked toddler with big, perfect Buddha belly.

LOL LOL I always said my kids had "buddah bellies" when they were little too ! How funny ! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ! You are doing so great !!!!!!!!!
