Ok FatSecret friends I am so struggling with this diet thing but I refuse to give up!! I will keep falling and keep getting back up until I get through this binging phase/lifestyle. So today is a new day. I didnt enter what I ate on Thursday, Friday and Saturday because it is just to much but Ill try to do a run down because I feel like this is one of the ways that will help me overcome my binging, its alot isnt it, please tell me im not the only one, and how whoever has got through this, how you did?


Thursday: walked 45 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening so thats good :-) no breakfast, lunch = chimichanga guacamole sour cream chips salsa beans and rice, dinner 100 cal choc bar and 100 cal m&m.

Friday: all you can eat brunch (ate more than I should have), no lunch, dinner = 8 pizza rolls french fries and ranch dressing, chocolate chip blizzard

Saturday: too many burritos of pot roast avacado, salsa, chips, drumstick, chocolate bar, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, popcorn and soada
