Onderland, I am so close I can almost feel it. I am 4 pounds away from reading 199 on the scales. I feel really good and I am positive that I will reach this goal soon. I was thinking today, I started this Journey around 7 months ago and I have lost 27 pounds, which I was expecting to lose double that by now. However, I am very glad that it has been a slow weight loss and that I am establishing new exercise and eating habits. I feel so much better than I did this time last year, the BP has gone down to normal, because of the eating and walking, heart flutters happen seldom, whereas they were part of my day , no problem with diabetes but was probably headed in that direction. So, I have learned a Great Life’s Lesson and I have enjoyed each moment of the Journey. One of the best parts is the support provided from my friends who understand the frustration and knows that no one person is perfect. Thanks to each of you for all of the support. The support truly helps with the motivation.

The weight loss is great but the health benefits are fabulous. I like doing this slow as well. It takes time to get new habits in place and for them to become a natural part of your life. You are well on your way and will be in onderland before you know it.
